What happens if there's been a delivery mishap?

• If your item has failed to be delivered to your address and has been confirmed as "lost" from the shipping company we will re-ship your item. A sufficient amount of time from when the item was shipped must have elapsed. Having said that, each case will be treated differently. 

What happens if my item has been delivered damaged?

• If your order has been delivered damaged please send us your order number and the name the order was purchased by and photos of the damaged areas of the sign to hello@hoekstradecor.com. We will then send out a replacement as soon as possible. 

How soon will my order ship? 

• We will ship your order within 3-6 business days. Custom orders will ship approximately within 3-10 business days. 

What countries do you ship to?

• Right now we currently offer free shipping throughout Canada and the USA. 

Do you accept cancellations?

• If your order has not been shipped out yet we will gladly refund your order- you have a maximum of 3 business days to inform us. If your item has been picked up already we will not be able to recover the item.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

• We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any questions beforehand when purchasing please e-mail us hello@hoekstradecor.com.

Will I get a tracking code for my shipment?

• Yes! Every shipment we send out will have a carrier tracking code. If you order more than 1 sign we will ship your signs together depending on the size. 

Do you guys do custom orders?

• Yes we do! Head to our shop to purchase a custom item listing. If you don't see the sign dimensions you would like    e-mail us hello@hoekstradecor.com and we'll put your item up! The biggest we ship throughout Canada and USA is 37x25". For local pickup we can do signs maxed out at 50x40" with a flush frame.
