What happens if my item has been delivered damaged?
If your order has been delivered damaged please send us your order number and the name the order was purchased by and photos of the damaged areas of the sign to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send out a replacement as soon as possible.
How soon will my order ship?
We will ship your order within 3-7 business days. Custom orders will ship approximately within 10-20 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
Right now we currently offer free shipping throughout Canada and the USA.
Do you accept cancellations?
If your order has not been shipped out yet we will gladly refund your order- you have a maximum of 3 business days to inform us. If your item has been picked up already we will not be able to recover the item.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you're not happy with your sign we'll arrange a carrier pick-up/drop off and we'll issue your refund once we have received your shipment. You have a maximum of 30 days.
Will I get a tracking code for my shipment?
Yes! Every shipment we send out will have a carrier tracking code. If you order more than 1 sign we will ship your signs together depending on the size.
Do you accept custom work?
We are currently not accepting any custom work.
